Into the
Woods 
Nadler recently completed a five piece modular
building for Kohl Construction. The
Woods at Newtown will be a 55+ adult living
community with a range of services and amenities
including an indoor spa and fitness center, putting
green, nature trails, and a trout pond. The
complex is nestled into the naturally beautiful
scenery of Newtown, CT.
This 3,640 sq. ft. structure includes a large sales
center with 3 private offices, a conference
room, an open lobby area and a kitchenette. The
exterior design includes a pitched shingle roof.
Connected to the sales center is another set of
modulars designed to create a walk through model of the
condominiums.

Nadler Gets
Energized 
Nadler has just completed a
quadruple office trailer for F & S
Power. The office complex was delivered
to the Caithness Long Island Energy
Center in Yaphank, Long Island. The
power plant was recently approved for
construction in June of this year.
The office structure was outfitted with 2 private
offices, a computer lab and video room, a copy room,
conference center and an open area for cubicles as
needed.

Nadler Completes VAMC
Offices
Nadler
has completed work for the Veterans
Affairs Medical Center in Eerie, PA.
This 28' x 60' structure is being used as extra
office space for the administrative staff in the
hospital.
The
Eerie VAMC is a general medical and
surgical facility providing a full range of primary care
services.
Their behavioral health clinic provides care for
individual and group counseling services, substance
abuse, and treatment for chronic and mental
illness.
Their medical center supports a geriatrics &
extended care program with nursing home care, respite,
hospice, rehabilitation, home based primary care, and
geriatric and evaluation management services.
