Nadler's Project of the Month:
Waterfront Commision of NY & NJ
Developed for the Waterfront Commission of NY & NJ, this 1600 square foot office complex is unique in both design and elements of construction.
The existing building on site measured approximately 3,600 square feet; however 5,200 square feet of space was needed to accomodate the project's needs. Nadler designed the above modular building and connected it to the existing structure, creating an additional wing to the Waterfront Commission building.
In addition, to avoid handicap accessibility issues, the modular was installed to grade. A trap door was constructed in the janitor's closet to provide access beneath the modular for any future maintenance repairs.

"Turnkey" Solutions for Fort Sill
Stationed in Oklahoma, Fort Sill Military Base specializes in training soldiers and marines, and also plays an integral part in developing Field Artillery leaders.
The Army needed a team to provide a "turnkey" solution for Fort Sill. That's when Nadler stepped in and provided two 48' x 60' complexes with all electrical, plumbing, voice and data requirements.
The military personnel in Fort Sill were able to move in on time, on budget and with almost no disruption to their every day operations.
